Introduction
We built our best-selling infrared wall heaters for the tight, tough spots—the kind of places where damp air and wild temperature swings murder standard heaters. The whole point? Keep the lamp on, no matter the humidity or the occasional splash.
Power, Packed into a Small Package
These run on high voltage—usually 400V—so we can pack serious wattage into a small footprint. The result is intense, focused heat without a bulky cabinet. The 300mm tube keeps the whole unit slim, so it fits neatly on the wall. But with that much power in a compact frame, the heat builds fast. That’s why proper heat dissipation on the mounting surface matters. Do it right, and you protect the components. Skimp, and you shorten the life.
The Design That Actually Holds Up
The heart is a halogen-filled quartz tube. It warms up quickly and holds steady, even when it cycles on and off a lot. Then there’s the durability piece. The tube has an anti-fog coating, so condensation doesn’t cloud the surface and rob you of heat. And the splash-proof housing, sealed with gaskets, keeps water out of the wiring and socket. In other words, we took on the two things that kill wall heaters: moisture corrosion and foggy lenses.
What This Means When You’re On the Job
Fewer service calls. The splash-proof build handles washdowns and humid air without blinking, and the anti-fog feature means performance starts immediately—no lag while a foggy lens clears. When maintenance does come up, the R7s or SK15 connectors make the swap quick. No tools. Just plug and go. For engineers, it’s a straight drop-in replacement—tough enough to take a beating without giving up. Just keep one thing in mind: this is a dense heater. Make sure the surrounding area has enough ventilation to handle the heat.
Built to Last Where Others Fold
These wall heaters were made to survive the conditions that shorten the life of ordinary units. High-output halogen tech, paired with anti-fog and splash-proof protection, gives you a heater that simply keeps going—in the real world, on real jobs.
