A 400V model, for example, gives you more wattage in a smaller footprint—more heat per square inch. That’s not just showing off. It’s essential for cutting through drafts and fighting off cold surfaces in big, open, high-traffic areas. We also size the heaters to match common mounting footprints. What’s Inside Matters
We use a halogen-filled quartz tube. The halogen cycle keeps the element stable, so it doesn’t burn out early and keeps putting out consistent heat over the life of the heater. The quartz envelope handles the thermal shock of turning on and off quickly, and it stands up to the cleaning chemicals you find in commercial spaces. For the electrical connection, we stick with R7s connectors. Practical choice. They give you a secure, high-current connection that’s easy to wire and easy to service. They hold tight through temperature swings, which cuts down on failures out in the field. The whole design is straightforward, tough, and built to take a beating.
