The heat side of things The P-1 replacement is designed to slide right into your existing Pan Stone arrays without any electrical headaches. We dialed in the voltage and wattage curves carefully. Why? Because if the rubber gets too hot, it scorches. And once it scorches, you get those nasty fumes that mess up everything. This lamp hits the sweet spot. It gets the material to the curing temperature it needs, and then it stops. No overshooting. No burnt rubber smell. Keeping it clean We went with high-purity quartz glass. It’s tough. It doesn’t flake or break down, even when it’s running hot for hours. And here is the best part: we scrub every lamp to remove surface contaminants before they even leave our shop. You just pop it in. No air filtration alarms going off, and no weird residues left on your product. It just works. Getting it running Vulcanizing rubber takes a lot of heat density, but you need the lamp to stay inert. The P-1 gives you a stable IR spectrum that sinks into the rubber evenly. One quick heads-up, though. These lamps put out a lot of radiant heat. If your housing isn’t vented well, you might cook your sensor electronics. Just double-check that your cooling fans can handle the total wattage of the array. Wiring is the easy part. The connectors match the P-1 chassis perfectly.
